Revealed: Top 10 best places to work in UAE

Logistics firm DHL tops the list in 2016, followed by THE One and Omnicom Media Group.

Logistics company DHL has been named the best place to work in the UAE for the third year running by global research and training consultancy Great Places to Work.

The company said it attracted record participation for its ‘Top Companies to Work For’ UAE list.

“There is a growing understanding among business leaders in the UAE that workplace culture has become a significant competitive advantage for organisations to attract and retain top talent,” said UAE managing director Maha Zaatari.

The annual benchmarking study assesses the credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie with an organisation. Two-thirds of a company’s score is based on the confidential feedback of employees with the remainder attained from an audit of management and HR practices.
