The 75-storey residential tower, scheduled for completion in Q2 2028, will rise over 300 metres and offer 81 exclusive residences, including two- to seven-bedroom apartments and a duplex penthouse. The tower’s unique design ensures a maximum of two apartments per floor, with private access-controlled elevators leading to exclusive lobbies. Residences from level 23 upwards will boast 360-degree panoramic views, offering sights of Jumeirah’s Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai. Lower levels will enjoy a 180-degree view of the sea and skyline. “Como Residences is more than just another residential development; it’s a statement of Dubai’s ambition,” said Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate. The CEO emphasised Nakheel’s legacy of transforming Dubai’s skyline with projects like Palm Jumeirah. Barry Lewis, CEO of ALEC Engineering & Contracting, expressed confidence in delivering a project that will enhance Dubai’s globally renowned skyline, highlighting the tower’s luxury finishes and curated amenities. Nakheel’s project is inspired by the sea Como Residences’ design is inspired by the sea, incorporating sinuous lines reflective of seashells. Unique features include elevated private sandy beaches and pools on most levels. The tower will also feature a rooftop infinity pool and an observation deck on the 75th floor, offering expansive views of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. Additional amenities include private parking, a spa, a fully-equipped gym, green spaces, and children’s play areas.
