AL ZAMIL IS a heavyweight of business and government in Saudi Arabia, overseeing operations in more than 60 countries in fields including shipbuilding, industrial investment, petrochemicals, air conditioning, plastics and steel. In April 2014, he also was elected chairman of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and president of the Council of Saudi Chambers on top of his other chairs at Zamil Companies, Saudi Export Development Center, the National Power Company and Emirates Industrial City.
