GCC Covid-19 update: UAE registers 305 cases; 1,487 infections recorded in Oman

The Ministry of Health and Prevention has registered 305 new Covid-19 cases, as a result of 40,000 tests conducted to screen for the virus.

The total number of cases have now scaled to 57,498.

The ministry also registered 343 new recoveries, raising the number of recovered patients to 49,964.

The death toll, however, has risen to 341 with one additional Covid-19-related fatality.

Oman
The Ministry of Health posted 1,487 new Covid-19 cases, of which 1,159 were Omanis.

The ministry also registered 11 deaths, scaling the fatality toll to 337.
