Founders, management, and existing investors, including funds and accounts managed by CVC, Springcoast and BlackRock Private Equity Partners, will remain as significant minority shareholders. The transaction values Acronis above its last growth funding round completed in 2022. Acronis has shown consistent growth Founded in 2003, Acronis offers a natively integrated, highly efficient cybersecurity and data protection platform. The company enables customers to outsource IT capabilities while ensuring high standards of data security, integrity, and reliability. It operates through its managed service providers channel and is well-positioned to continue scaling its network rapidly. With 15 offices worldwide and more than 1,700 employees, Acronis’ network spans more than 150 countries, enabling over 20,000 service providers to protect around 750,000 businesses.
