The two projects are part of a Dhs1.3bn development programme aimed at expanding infrastructure in the emirate’s healthcare sector

Construction is scheduled to begin in December, with completion expected by November 2027

The project, which forms part of a comprehensive national plan, will expand the current three-lane road to five lanes in each direction

Once complete, the station will serve up to 220,000 passengers per day

DHL Group said the new investment will improve services such as express parcel delivery, freight forwarding, warehousing and fulfillment and customs brokerage among others

Authorities have advised visitors to follow signage and allow extra travel time when accessing the mall
