Throughout that time, he has led a diverse portfolio of developments ranging from large-scale master-planned communities to complex mixed-use projects, gaining deep expertise across every stage of the real estate lifecycle. An MBA and engineering graduate of the American University of Beirut, Alameddine combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen, a blend that has helped shape major developments across regional and international markets.
