Jerry Inzerillo

Inzerillo is group CEO of Diriyah Company, responsible for the development and delivery of Diriyah, a major heritage, cultural, and tourism project in Riyadh. He was appointed in 2018 to oversee the comprehensive transformation of Diriyah, the historic birthplace of the Saudi state, into a world-class cultural, residential, and tourism destination aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme objectives.

The Diriyah development spans approximately 14 square kilometres and represents one of the largest heritage restoration and urban development projects globally. It includes extensive restoration of the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif district, the historic settlement featuring traditional mud-brick architecture and cultural significance, alongside new hospitality, retail, cultural, and residential components designed to complement historical elements.

The project is being delivered in multiple phases over an extended period to ensure quality and sustainable development. Prior to this role, Inzerillo held senior positions across the global hospitality sector, including at Kerzner International, where he was involved in the development and operational oversight of luxury resort brands such as Atlantis and One&Only.

His expertise spans resort management, hospitality operations, destination development, and premium guest experience strategies. He has held advisory roles in international tourism organisations and was appointed a UN Tourism Ambassador in 2024, reflecting recognition of his contributions to sustainable tourism development and cultural heritage preservation. His background combines practical hospitality operations expertise with strategic destination development experience.
