Henadi Al-Saleh

Henadi Al-Saleh is a senior executive and board member leading a diversified investment and operating organisation listed on a major regional stock exchange. With operations spanning six continents and a workforce of more than 56,000 employees, Agility Global has established itself as a global investment and operating platform across aviation services, energy logistics, industrial real estate, and technology-driven businesses under Al-Saleh’s leadership.

Al-Saleh has played a central role in shaping Agility’s transformation from a regional logistics company into a global enterprise with a diversified portfolio. The company’s businesses include Menzies Aviation, the world’s largest aviation services provider; Tristar Group, a global energy logistics platform; and Agility Logistics Parks, one of the leading industrial real estate and warehousing platforms in the Middle East and Africa. Agility Global’s strategic investments include a stake in DSV, recognised as the world’s largest logistics company, and Reem Mall, a $1.3bn flagship development in Abu Dhabi.

In 2026, under Al-Saleh’s continued leadership as CEO, Agility Global has continued advancing its global growth strategy, strengthening its portfolio of market-leading businesses and investments while expanding its focus on emerging technologies, including energy transition, artificial intelligence-enabled industrial solutions, and digital supply chain innovation through its corporate venture capital platform.

Al-Saleh also serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including Gulf Warehousing Company and the Global Board of Advisors of Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tufts University and previously led debt and equity capital markets at NBK Capital.
