Zain Khan

Khan is a UAE-based real-estate entrepreneur whose career has expanded from brokerage into property development and related ventures. He founded Housess Global Real Estate in 2018, later launching Keylux Vacation Homes Rentals in 2023, co-founding Zane Developments in 2024 and establishing EZY Media Production in 2025.

Housess provided the foundation for Khan’s growth in Dubai’s property market. The brokerage has more than 120 active agents and has handled property transactions worth more than $493m since 2021.

His move into development through Zane marked a significant strategic shift. The company’s flagship project, Monarch by Zane, is a Grade-A commercial development in Dubai Motor City comprising office and retail space. The RERA-approved project will include more than 150 offices, with handover expected in the first quarter of 2027. Khan’s progression reflects a broader entrepreneurial strategy: moving beyond intermediary services into asset creation while building businesses across property, hospitality and media.

That expansion has positioned him as one of the UAE’s younger real-estate entrepreneurs to watch across the region as well.
