Sarisha Ved is proof that entrepreneurship has no minimum age. She founded her sustainable fashion brand F5 Global at just 14, while a student at Dubai International Academy, turning an early interest in fashion, sustainability and social impact into a business of her own.

F5 Global produces eco-conscious collections and directs a portion of its proceeds towards educational initiatives for underprivileged children, an expression of her conviction that businesses can grow while contributing meaningfully to the world around them.

Growing up in a family of serial entrepreneurs gave her a front-row view of how ideas become companies; her mother, Sima Ganwani Ved, is founder and chairwoman of retail giant Apparel Group and among Sarisha’s strongest influences. But rather than follow an established path, she is intent on defining entrepreneurship on her own terms, treating sustainability not as an add-on to fashion but as central to how the next generation of brands should be built. Widely travelled, she credits exposure to different cultures with shaping both F5’s original idea and her sense of the responsibility businesses have to their communities.

An avid golfer and basketball player who plans to study business, she wants F5 Global to help shift how the industry thinks about sustainability — and to show other young people that ambition needn’t wait.
