When Abdulrahman Rashed Aljabri was appointed chief executive of Royal Smart Limousine at just 24, he inherited more than a successful family business, he inherited the challenge of scaling it in one of the world’s most competitive mobility markets. Over the past few years, he has helped transform the UAE-based company into a fast-growing premium transport provider serving both corporate and leisure travellers across the Emirates.

Founded by his father in 2002, Royal Smart Limousine had already established a strong reputation in luxury transportation. Under Aljabri’s leadership, however, the company has accelerated its expansion, strengthening operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi while broadening its services across tourism, executive mobility and chauffeur-driven transport.

His focus has been on combining premium customer service with operational efficiency, supported by investments in fleet management and technology. The timing has proved favourable. As international tourism rebounded and the UAE strengthened its position as a global business hub, demand for premium transport services increased significantly. Royal Smart Limousine has capitalised on this growth by expanding its fleet, enhancing digital booking capabilities and developing partnerships across the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Despite his age, Aljabri has emerged as one of the younger executives leading an established Emirati enterprise.
