Saudi Arabia’s Finance Ministry issued SAR5.37bn ($1.43bn) in domestic sukuk or Islamic bonds, under its monthly issuance programme, the Saudi state news agency said on Tuesday.

It has also issued SAR1.725bn worth of sukuk by re-opening a previous debt sale originally made in September last year, it said.
