Emirates has announced a third daily flight to Hong Kong, starting from November 1.

The additional flight, operated by a Boeing 777-300ER, will be a nonstop service between Dubai and Hong Kong.

The airline will therefore be increasing services to 21 flights per week between the two destinations.

With the third scheduled service, Emirates will now operate two daily direct flights to the city in addition to a third daily service via Bangkok.

The additional daily frequency between Hong Kong and Dubai will operate as EK382/383 in a three-class configuration, offering seats in first, business and economy.

Between November 1 and March 30, 2024, EK382 will depart Dubai at 3.15am and land in Hong Kong at 2.30pm.

EK383 will take off from Hong Kong at 6pm and land in Dubai at 11.05pm.

The carrier’s existing services between Dubai and Hong Kong include EK380/381 as well as EK384/385 operating with a short stopover in Bangkok. Both those services use an A380 aircraft.

In related developments for another Asian destination, Emirates recently introduced a new complimentary bus service for its economy class passengers arriving in Tokyo-Haneda airport.

The national carrier says that it is the only airline to offer a complimentary bus service from Haneda to major train stations within Tokyo to two convenient drop-off locations – the iconic Tokyo Station (TYQ) at Marunouchi North Entrance and Shinagawa Station (SGS) at Konan Entrance bus stop no. 7.
