The platform, now live and accessible globally, allows users to list properties, upload images, and manage inquiries directly through an intuitive interface. Emaar says the system offers a secure, transparent alternative to traditional resale methods and is aimed at providing greater control and autonomy to homeowners and investors. “As the real estate landscape shifts, so must we. VYOM is more than a platform — it’s a new way of thinking about property resale. It puts autonomy, trust, and speed into the hands of our customers,” said Mohamed Ali Alabbar, founder of Emaar. VYOM aligns with Emaar’s digital journey VYOM is positioned as part of Emaar’s broader digital evolution and aims to address persistent issues in the real estate resale market, including pricing inconsistencies, limited market visibility, and poor communication between stakeholders. The company says the platform enhances transparency and fosters direct engagement between buyers and sellers, creating a more informed and equitable transaction process.
