Dubai’s Emaar Malls Q3 net profit rises 16%

Dubai’s Emaar Malls, a unit of Emaar Properties, reported a 16 per cent rise in third-quarter net profit on Sunday.
The company reported a net profit of Dhs435m ($118.4m) in the three months to September 30, it said in a bourse statement, compared with a profit of Dhs376m in the same period a year earlier.
EFG Hermes forecast a net profit of Dhs421.8m
Quarterly revenue for the period was Dhs774m, up 8 per cent on a year earlier.
