Dubai featured in EA Sports FIFA 21 video game

Dubai Tourism partnered with Electronic Arts to feature the emirate in the video game which was released last week

Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) partnered with Electronic Arts to showcase Dubai in the recently released FIFA 21 video game.

EA Sports FIFA 21 was launched worldwide on October 9 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Origin and Steam.

The emirate is featured in the Volta Football mode that takes the sport to the streets with enhanced gameplay and new features.

Electronic Arts reportedly has over 300 million registered players around the world.

Dubai landmarks including Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab are prominently displayed in the game’s football grounds. The Dubai pitch is part of the customised video content created with the aim of jointly promoting both Dubai and EA Sports FIFA 21 among gaming enthusiasts.
