Dubai Courts launches smart services

The launch allows users to access 80 legal services any day of the week

Dubai Courts has announced the launch of a new package of smart services for users of its settlement dispute centre.

The launch allows users to access 80 legal services any day of the week by downloading the Dubai Courts smart application.

Dubai Courts director general HE Tarash Al Mansouri said the new services came under the directions of UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid LA Maktoum to allow citizens and residents to conduct all government transactions via their smartphone.

The application can be used by law and expert offices, service providers, secretaries and judges for functions including applying for commercial and professional licences, requesting payment installments, requesting a hearing or asking for one to be postponed and asking for intervention in a case.

Users can also request the correction of a material error in decisions and judgments or in a newspaper and for cases to be expedited.
