Amna Al Qubaisi’s father Khaled was the first Emirati to compete at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. But she isn’t allowing her family pedigree to overshadow her own accomplishments as a championship-beating driver. The 20-year-old Emirati became the first woman from the Middle East to take part in a Formula E test session after the Ad Diriyah ePrix in Saudi Arabia. She was also the first woman to win the GCC Drivers Academy competition in 2017 and claimed victory in the first Formula 4 UAE race in 2019.
