UAE developer Seven Tides has launched a massive Dhs1.3bn ($353.9m) mixed-use tower project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).

The 3.5m-sqft Se7en City JLT will comprise 2,635 units within Cluster Z, opposite the Montgomery and Emirates golf courses.

The tower will have a gym, health club, two pools, a roof garden, cafés, a hypermarket, 2,699 parking spaces and dining options.

There will also be a total of 150,000sqft of retail space spread over three floors and 620 dedicated retail parking spaces.

Renders of the design show it will differ from other JLT clusters, which comprise three separate towers, with an interconnected complex.

The wider cluster podium will include retail space, restaurants, a hotel and other outlets.

Prices at the tower will range from Dhs354,000 ($96,373) for studios to Dhs1.4m ($381,139) for three-beds, Seven Tides said.

The project is 15 per cent complete and is expected to be ready for handover in Q3 of 2021.

Other Seven Tides developments include the Anantara resort and Dukes Dubai on the Palm Jumeirah.

The company is also building a 60-villa resort on The World islands.

JLT master developer Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is working on another mega project adjacent to the free zone.

Uptown Dubai, formerly known as Burj2020, will include more than 10m-sqft of grade A commercial and residential space, more than 200 retail and food and beverage outlets and 3,000 residences.
