Rainfall expected in parts of UAE, temperatures to stay low

Parts of the United Arab Emirates may witness scattered rainfall on Tuesday and the next two days with temperatures also expected to remain low.

In its daily bulletin, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said that the country’s northern and eastern areas will see partly cloudy weather conditions on Tuesday. It also cautioned of associated rainfall and light to moderate winds.

The sea will be moderate, becoming rough at times, NCMS said.

Humidity will increase during the night and early morning over some areas, with a chance of fog or mist formation especially over internal parts of the country, it added.

Temperatures in coastal areas will range from 11 to 25 degrees Celsius, in the internal regions from 10 to 26 degrees Celsius and in the mountains between 5 to 16 degrees Celsius.

Cloudy weather conditions are expected to persist on Wednesday and Thursday, and may again be associated with rainfall over the northern and eastern areas.

The relative humidity is also expected to increase during the night and early morning over some internal and coastal areas.

NCMS warned that the sea will be moderate to rough – especially with clouds activity – on Thursday.
