The Galleria, a new luxury mall in Abu Dhabi’s Al Maryah Island, opened its doors to the public on Tuesday.

The mall, developed by Gulf Related and Mubadala, features 100 retail outlets and 25 F&B options spread across 33,000 sq metres of leased land.

Over 90 per cent of the stores are already open for business with the majority of the others launching in the next few weeks, Kevin Ryan, managing director of Real Estate Development at Gulf Related told Gulf Business. Popular Japanese restaurant Zuma is scheduled to open early next year.

Targeting discerning shoppers, the mall’s collection of designer labels includes Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Mont Blanc and Fendi.

The Galleria also features 50 brands that have opened their first stores in Abu Dhabi including Boucheron, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, Mulberry, Moschino, Bottega Veneta, Emporio Armani Caffe and Magnolia Bakery.
