New cargo terminal at Oman’s Salalah airport to open on Wednesday

The government also opened new cargo and passenger facilities at Muscat International Airport in March

Oman’s Ministry of Transport has announced that a new air cargo terminal at Salalah International Airport will open on Wednesday.

The ministry said in a Twitter post that the last flight arrival to the current cargo building would be at 10:30am on Tuesday, followed by the last departing flight at 11:20am.

Cargo arrivals and departures will then begin operating from the new terminal on Wednesday with orders received between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

The first flight arrival will be at 10:30am, followed by the first departure at 11:20pm.

The ministry also opened new cargo and passenger facilities at Muscat International Airport in March.
