Hilton Worldwide continues to expand its mid-market Garden Inn brand regionally after signing new deals in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

The 336-room Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Jadaf aims to open early 2017, following the signing of a management agreement with AIG Investments. It will contains two F&B outlets, meeting space and business and fitness centres.

Al Jadaf is becoming increasingly targeted by operators as it has the double benefit of being close to Dubai International Airport and not as developed as other neighbouring districts.

Hilton Garden Inn Al Ahsa is expected to open in 2016 as part of a management agreement with Al Jazeera Group. Featuring 166 rooms, the hotel is located within the downtown area of the city, with easy connections to Riyadh and Damman.

The 154-guest room Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway is scheduled to open the same year, part of the mixed-use Shobily Development, near to central Al Khobar via the King Fahd road. The deal was signed with Al Jazeera Group. Both Saudi hotels will contain two F&B outlets, four meeting rooms and business and fitness centres.

Hilton Garden Inn offers free wifi and 24-hour Pavilion Pantry which provides a range of snacks, sweet treats and beverages.

Upcoming openings in Dubai include Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina; Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat; and Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates. This year the brand also expects to open its second hotel in saudi Arabia, Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk, which joins Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya.
