Emirates To Start Sixth Daily Bangkok Service And Entering Ukraine

The airline will be effectively offering shuttle services throughout the day to Bangkok this winter.

Emirates will launch a sixth daily flight between Dubai and Bangkok from October 27.

The new service will be operated by a B777-200ER, complementing two A380s, two B777-300ERs and one B777-300.

EK370 will depart Dubai at 1520 and arrive in Bangkok at 0020 the following morning and EK371 departs the Thai capital at 0155 and reaches Dubai at 0555.

Flight schedules are spread throughout the day and so afford good connections with the waves of flights that arrive from, and depart for, Europe and other points on the airline’s network.

Thailand is a main destination for the Gulf carriers. Besides the Thai capital, Emirates is now moving into the leisure market, serving Phuket directly, and competing more fiercely with their European and Asian rivals.

Emirates has also announced today it will start daily services between Dubai and Kiev from January 16, and earlier this week said it will start A380 services between Dubai and Mauritius from December.
