Dubai’s DAMAC launches new tower in Qatar’s Lusail City

The project is DAMAC’s third in Lusail City

Dubai-based property developer DAMAC has announced the launch of a new 31-storey tower project in Qatar.

The Burj DAMAC Seaviews’ furnished and serviced apartments, located in the Marina District of Lusail City, will go on sale next week priced from QAR2.5m.

DAMAC is also developing two other projects in Lusail City, the Burj DAMAC Marina and Burj DAMAC Waterfront.

The properties, managed by the company’s hospitality arm, add to existing DAMAC residential complex the Piazza.

Lusail City is planned to be Qatar’s newest urban centre and will feature marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities, two golf courses and an entertainment district.

Located 15km north of Doha city centre, it is expected to accommodate 250,000 people when completed.

Earlier this week, DAMAC reported a 15 per cent rise in first-quarter net profit amid signs of recovery in its home market.
