The world is changing rapidly and so are the challenges that business leaders face today. Environmental problems, youth unemployment and instability are just a few of the pervasive factors that have shaken up the way corporations operate.

According to Thomas Malnight, Tracey Keys and Kees Van Der Graaf, 21st century challenges have forced businesses to rethink their long-term strategies and produce sustainable solutions.

Having conducted an in-depth survey of 156 CEOs and senior business leaders across the world, the authors say that there is a growing realisation that constant change needs to be produced, but at a sustainable pace. Despite this, the survey reveals that many business leaders are unclear about how they arrive at sustainable long-term strategies.

The 3Rs of Preparing Your Organisation for the Future is a guide on how to produce long lasting solutions at a faster pace. The first ‘R’ stands for ‘Rethink’, requiring business leaders to sit back and review the fundamental changes happening around them. The second ‘R’ stands for ‘Redefine’, calling on business leaders to set an agenda for the future that is sustainable. The final ‘R’ stands for ‘Reshape’, urging them to break free from old models of operation that would only lead their businesses to a state of stagnation.

The book reveals an exhaustive list of tips on how companies can meet the challenges of a fast changing world, compiled with input from real life business visionaries.
