National Holding development arm Bloom Properties has begun construction of the Abu Dhabi Marina waterfront development in Al Bateen.
The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, a 200 room five star hotel, 57 executive serviced apartments and 3,000 square metres of waterfront retail space.
It will span a total area of 41,797 square metres, with 849 parking spaces to be provided for residents and visitors.
“Abu Dhabi Marina by Bloom Properties will host luxurious residences, executive serviced apartments, hotel, cafes and restaurants and offer a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, Marina, and the city,” Bloom said in a statement.
Al Shafar General Contracting has been contracted for the enabling work of the project.
Bloom’s property portfolio includes residential and commercial towers, retail and leisure centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. The company has also announced projects in Iraq and Algeria.
