Best Western International has marked its entry into Bahrain with the opening of an all-suite hotel, Best Western Al-Olaya Suites Hotel, in Manama.
The property features 75 spacious suites, comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, for corporate and leisure travellers. In-room amenities include kitchenettes, sofas, flat-screen TVs and complimentary high-speed internet.
Restaurants include Zaytoun (multinational), Al Mahra (Mediterranean) and Le Rouge (continental) and other venues include the Talon Café, a 24-hour coffee shop, and Kasbar Disco Bar.
A fully-equipped health club contains sauna, steam room and swimming pool with sunbathing deck. Business travellers and groups are also catered with a conference hall backed up by AV technology.
The chain is in the midst of an aggressive Middle East expansion with new hotels in Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and another property in Bahrain, all scheduled to open their doors by the end of the year.
