Abu Dhabi-based real estate company Eagle Hills has launched a new mega mixed use development in Fujairah.
Called Fujairah Beach, the development will feature The Palace – a luxury five-star hotel with 162 rooms, and a gated residential community in Fujairah city with 84 villas.
The villa units will be available in two, three and four bedrooms.
The residential community will offer facilities including a swimming pool, gym, central courtyard and an athletic track.
The Palace hotel will also feature three food and beverage outlets, an exercise room and separate pool for adults and children.
The development will also offer beach access stretching across 230m.
Fujairah Beach is Eagle Hills’ second development in the UAE and is part of the company’s new strategy which focuses on the Northern Emirates, a statement said.
The company is currently developing The Address Fujairah Resort and Spa which also features The Address Residences. The residences feature four buildings with 170 branded and serviced apartments and 10 villas.
The project will also feature a luxury hotel with health and wellness facilities and F&B options.
It is expected to be delivered in 2019.

Emaar chairman Mohammed Alabbar is a board member of privately-owned Eagle Hills, which has projects in Jordan, Bahrain, Morocco, Serbia and Nigeria.
